Baked Lemon Butter Tilapia

An amazing recipe that only takes 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • Half of a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Cooking:

1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2) Coat a baking dish with butter and place the fillets into the dish – try to avoid overlapping the tilapia fillets

3) Squeeze half of a lemon over the fillets and brush with melted butter

4) Season – I used salt, garlic powder, rosemary, and a bit of cayenne, but this is your opportunity to make it your own

5) Bake for 10 minutes and then broil on high for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the top
